Thanks all.
I'm currently down to make my debut on the long leg (5.38 miles) instead of my usual short (3.16 miles). This may change and from a personal performance perspective I would rather do the short obviously but being selected for a long means I'm in the conversation for fastest 6 out of 12 runners in the manager's eyes so is a honour really.

Morning all
Hope you can be patient Gobi, its going to be a long road.
I'm back from Dublin and will be going to the gym at lunchtime today to undertake Nellers 2km in 8 minutes rowing challenge.
I was quite confident a week or so ago, this morning i'm not so sure.
Calf feels better and survived a couple of good walks, sports massage tomorrow, so if i get the thumbs up form that i'll be back to some jogging

Aren't coal mines 'buried' anyway, since that's where the coal is/was?

Well done Gobi must be one of your biggest streaks.
Assume you'll be sat on the watt bike as soon as you can getting your legs spinning whilst cradling your elbow etc
