9-mile teatime blast to celebrate not feeling as crappy and breathless as I have for a month now. First outing on skinny tyres for over a month. Really felt the acceleration, and the feedback from the titanium frame is just lovely.
Happy days!

Thinking about new bike shoes and pedals (because ~sshh~ I might be expecting an imminent arrival which will need finishing).
Shoes: Do I want "triathlon" shoes, if so which ones?
Pedals: Currently using Time iClic on the Ti Bride, which I like very much but apparently have become obsolete. Do I buy Time Xpresso (the new incarnation) or something else, in which case what?
All thoughts gratefully received.

I love my iClics.
Critted, PoD. I was no more shit than usual, which is probably a good thing. It was filthy weather. Really thick mizzle.

Can't buy them any more, apparently.
Xpresso use the same cleats. They do a titanium/carbon combo with red accents .....

I have specialized Tri Vents, terrible shoes (sorry PoD). I used to use DMT tri shoes which were fantastic but the sole came off, now my turbo shoes. Im currently looking for new Tri shoes, but 2 wide feet is hindering progress.
