ITG 🇮🇸
Morning! I hope you are on the mend,LD! I am shattered after 2 high school graduation ceremonies and little tri boy's college graduation yesterday. Loooong day with party here followed by big dinner Despite lots of running around, cleaning, wearing heels and even sitting for nearly 3 hours at dinner, my back feels sort of ok. I might just have got away with it all. I'll take a gentle swim later this morning then go to physio. I am taking the day off work to recover 😂 OH and wee baby are coming home from Italy very late tonight and missed all the fun/work. |

Not-so-little tri boy! Sounds like an excellent day and I don't blame you for having a day off! The dog walk has shown me that running would *not* be a good idea and I need to be fairly close to a loo today! Hopefully if I'm sensible today I can clear this bug quickly. |

Gorgeous photo ITG and congratulations to your son. Another day of rest will do you good LD. Dry here for the moment so I should go out for a run. |

Congrats to ITG and boys. Last week of A levels here in the GH burrows with daughter realising she is a week away from leaving school forever. In running need I have been doing more and enjoyed my longest run in over a year at the weekend (other runs have involved a lot of walking). Discovered a friend is running his 100th marathon soon and entered the event too! It does have a Discworld themed medal though. 6 July near Staines by the Thames fetcheveryone.com/races/saturn-great-a-apos-tuin-run-9920301 |

Bugger off, LD's bug. Great photos ITG I did an easy 20 mins this morning, it's our club handicap 10K tonight. Sal starts at 7.03, I start at 7.13. The first runner is off at 6.30 and then the last runner (the quickest) starts at around 7.30. Buffet and beer after! Should be good fun. |
