I reached 350 miles today, so half way there. Also picked up the square needed to give me a Level 3 conquercise grid.

At that time of night?! 😳


KimCanRun , hadn't run since Sinday and so made myself get out and it was quite nice. I ri then actually slept for 5 solid hours so taking that as a win.

Hope they grow up to be nice cats. Unicorn is nice to me but likes to swipe my girlfriend and the girls. She also winds up her big brother who is a black and white tuxedo cat, a lot bigger than her. She usually starts the fights but ends up being sat on or legging it!

Well done for getting out at that time LG. Might as well take advantage of light nights & nice weather.

Slightly later than planes run for me. Work overran but having a plan helps ensure you get out. 5 lovely miles. Almost did 6.50 but thankfully realised my route miscalculation early enough.
