Also: because I like to check these things. Apparently, I have the ideal blood pressure of an 11yearold. And that was after a 5 mile run, a coffee, and a brisk walk up the stairs to the blood clinic (but before a faculty meeting).

Ooh if I’m ever in Bristol again TB are you close by? Will only ever be there when the time comes to clear out dad’s house.

Working all day today so waking at 3.00am and not getting back to sleep till 4.30ish is not a good start.
