Done.

Was feeling grotty before but feeling great now.

It looks to me like Rae did her side planks with straight arms. I always do mine on bent arms. Was there specific guidance for the side planks - it's so far back now I'm unlikely to find it.

On that note, Flying Scotsman - if it's not too much of a faff, are you able to update the sidererer >>>> or vvvvvv with the current day's exercises when you post them in the thread??
