Day three just done. Press ups were on knees, as whilst I used to be able to do 20 proper press-ups, I now can’t even do one, so as others have said would rather do them with proper technique.

I realised how hard press ups are just as I was on the pressing up bit 😂
But I managed 3 full press ups (glad we got those in early on!), then the burpees and finally the wall sit ✓ Now to run 😊

Well I did my 3 wall sits, legs wobbly after wards, burpees need work but I got up and down off the ground, push ups on knees. Would wall push ups do?

Done. Had to sneak them in when the electrician popped out to the garage. 3 press-ups was fine. I’ve been doing yoga and Jennis HIIT workouts so that has helped.

Just joining in today. Not sure how to add a photo in here... My cat decided I needed extra resistance and sat on my knee. She's a bit of a chonk as well!
I've done day 1 and will catch up days 2 and 3 later, although I'd like to point out that I've already done 40 burpees this morning as part of PowerAbs and 48 full press ups as part of my strength and conditioning, so I might wait until tomorrow
