Here’s the answer with the moves per the analysis line - the key move for me was Re1 winning his bishop at the end of the sequence.
If he moves his king to b8 instead then the rook clears up his 7th rank via discovered checks.

Here's my first "brilliant" move from the draw against Chrisull - black to move - but what was the move?

Does Ne3 set you up for a fork if he takes your bish Bish?

And I saw it , but didn't have much choice. I thought the d pawn for black combined with the rook and bishop and knight was going to cause too many problems for me.
Computer saud re7 to re5 was a mistake - the better move was re7 to rf7 (and that's correct). Even following this it said the outcome was 0.00 (ie drawn) and even though I deliberately wandered into the fork, with the intention of playing g7, it made little difference and we ended up drawn...

So in other words, I could have immediately drawn the match pretty much, as opposed to dragging out the draw that little bit longer (with a not inconsiderable risk of losing).

I can't see the fork in Ne3 Rxf6 Ng4, or would it happen later ?

simbil - after Rxf6 white plays Rb1+ first to set up the fork.
