Enter your name in the "Search for names" box and hit return. Your name will show up in the results list below (where Didier et al are shown here). Click on your name and the icon showing where you are will be displayed on the adjacent map. Simply drag the streetview icon to the nearest place on your map with streetview (represented by a blue line or occasionally a small blue circle) and drop it there.
