After much consideration I decided that the Ribble Hybrid would do the job. And then I saw a Ridgeback Hybrid on Ebay which was half the price and in A1 condition so I bought it.

I collected it today and am chuffed to bits with it. The chap who sold it was quite old and he's obviously looked after it; there's not a mark on it. I went around the block and zoomed round with no effort at all. It's more of a city bike, upright set up; I think that will do me just right. |

Brake pads questions When is it time to change them, and any thoughts on what kind I have? Do the cheap ones work as well as the expensive ones? |
