9 and a half on, as SirKK has said, a lovely and crisp morning! Brr. My fingers have only just come back to normality after a hot shower!

Very crisp out there this morning but like Sirk says, it's getting light now--great to see the sunrise.
Fewer miles than Sirk and Mmm but 3.7 keeps me a little behind with 21/100. Of course it's doable Minnie! (more likely for you than me though!!)

It's doable this month even if you haven't started.

True, the most miles I have ever done in February is 121 so I am kind of aiming for 122, but as long as I do my 100 I will still be moderately happy. I think it depends on doing some bigger mileages at the weekend and I do have a half marathon next weekend.

A longish club run last night, (9),and a decent start to February have taken me to 24/100. I’m now debating a Parkrun sandwich tomorrow as my Sunday long run may have to be shelved due to the predicted strong winds.
January was a massive failure due to an injured piroformis and working too much. However as someone as said before if you don’t like your life change it, so come March I start a new job which should give me a better work life balance.
Well done all on your mileages in January.
