Nice motivation from the club Jenny
I'm involved in a 5km handicap league with Helpston Harriers which means for the last 4 weeks I have done a 5km at the weekend, as I turn more and more to the bike this is becoming quite hard. Last week was tragic as my legs had volume fatigue so I asked my handicap be left alone.
18.11 this morning, it's not great but a lot faster than last week. It was windy, wet and cold so the time does not do this run justice. Splits were nailed on and I was good for the whole 5km
With warm up and cool down I'm on 81

My ‘fake parkrun’ effort was a lot slower than your 5km time, Gobi. 😜 My pace is improving a little though. I’m on 74/100 for the month

18 over the hills takes me to 175/100.
Misty, windy and cold up top. But glorious on the way up and down

YO Ness , speed is all relative and right now thanks to the bike battering I am giving myself I'm slower than I was 4 weeks ago :¬)

Not doing any speed work nor getting involved in any virtual races. Using the Fetch games as my motivation and route planning. Run the Sum is definitely proving a challenge. 9K today taking me to 85/100.

Great picture Paul. 9.5 miles this morning. Bit later than normal, so no sunrise to see here. 85/100.
