Back in work tonight, boo. Have snoozed a bit today at least. Can't run now until Tues but at least it may be a bit cooler by then! Not a huge mileage for May, but still on track for 700.

Have a great weekend everyone xx

Short run to the NF reptile centre today. We knew it was shut, but thought we might still spot some things in the open air pens. No snakes, lizards, worms or anything to be seen, just a couple of noisy frogs. But even those we could only see if they moved.

So ran back along a small stream (Highland Water) for a few miles. Not normally runnable, normally more bog like, so taking advantage of the dry weather, tree cover and no hills.

Great photos um.

Hello Mandymoo :-)

I'm on the sofa, relaxing after a run and then a walk.

The run was one of my favourite routes, it's around 4.5 miles. Today's run takes me up to around 128 miles for May so another monthly mileage PB :-) bunting

The walk was lovely, teen is here for a couple of days. Today we went to some trails near Hardwick Hall (Malfoy Manor in the Harry Potter films). It's only a 15 minute drive. Will be back to run there as it's gorgeous.

Yesterday's walk was to see some ducklings along the local canal:

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
