Thanks Jennyh ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

Just been sports massage, itโ€™s official I have wrecked myself lol ๐Ÿ˜‚ I was feel messed up physically

The good news is I have been offered secondment job at another branch of the hospital and will be away from my ward for 12 months and working with just one patient, promotion and increase in salary and plus it is away from home which I am very happy about. So canโ€™t wait to start and still keep looking for another job so that I do not go back to the ward which has been stressful for over one year especially with recent incidence that has been too much to cope with

Excellent bling, Toks, and good news about the work.

Lovely canalside walk this morning, including a cafรฉ stop for a full English breakfast (have to replenish all the cals I used up yesterday). May run over to the club and back this evening to get the leggies moving again.

Jono.
Brilliant Toks, Made up for you.

I really need to do Yoga! Garfield - christ I'm so stiff, walked quite a bit on Monday, probably did about 10 miles - I was in walk so we'll call it a foot patrol. felt a bit knackered when I went home - carrying a bit of weight stab vest etc.

Anyway did the 3 miles - brings me up to the 50 miles or so for the month, may go for a little jog on sunday.

felt a bit achy around the rear thigh area - but I think thats the bruise and where whatever she was carrying took away a bit of skin.

I'll pop in now and again :-)

As you may know I'm a big yoga convert. Done just over a year now and it's really helped regain some flexibility and easing my recovery after longer runs.
Great to hear that you'll stick around ๐Ÿ˜€

Not sure when I will venture out before the Milton Keynes Marathons, possibly Saturday and my sonโ€™s birthday, encouraging him to do parkrun for this 9th birthday but he isnโ€™t buying it lol ๐Ÿ˜‚
