Good luck to all that are racing today, hope the weather gods are kind.
A 4 mile run with a few bumps on Thursday and 3 chilly miles last night, which is the first back to back run days in a while and happily all is well. No running today as I'm going to the football got to love an away day.

Hope the run up the Welsh Mountain is going OK for those doing it.
It's very chilly out - gloves and buff on today. Ran to parkrun and parkrunned, then got a lift home with Mr JK, who wasn't running as he's doing the Rugby Half Mara tomorrow.
Spag bol for tea, though tempted to make it into chilli to warm us up.

Well I'm a winner all round today. Was timekeeping at parkrun, Mrs Bonners running and hasn't done a flat one for ages and she smashed it out the park with a new pb by two minutes.
Also won a competition on one of our local running groups, I correctly predicted the winning time to the second and it would appear I'm now running a trail marathon, in a Welsh forest in January.... Oops π
