luck for Bint's essay and all the racers.

Um, that looks rather pretty but I'd be scared to fall off.

I don't plan on being *anywhere* near the edges of those cliffs, FITG, believe me!

And Fleecy is correct about the slowness. I'm just hoping to beat my previous time here - 7 hours ....

I have a plan like McG's for Sunday as there's a 5 mile cut-off of 1hr 15 mins.

I can't believe it's a year gone already, if you all do it again next year, I'll be back in for the 10k again. :)

I’m definitely planning on coming again AR one year I may actually run the whole thing - as it is I’m just paying for London gastro priced snacks at two checkpoints :-)

That's beautiful Ymee :)

Looking forward to seeing everyone and sad to be missing Bint.

I don't care how long it takes me, I'll just be glad to get to the end. Besides, the longer it takes the more fun we get to have :)

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Next year's spreadsheet can be found here - let's fill it up
