I have a plan like McG's for Sunday as there's a 5 mile cut-off of 1hr 15 mins.
I can't believe it's a year gone already, if you all do it again next year, I'll be back in for the 10k again.

...and I FINALLY can post about some actual running!! Was sensible and kept the pace very slow, walked regularly, but lovely to be well enough to be out, and with amazing autumn colours was fab
