I’ve just reassembled a cot last used over thirty years ago by my youngest daughter in preparation for a visit by my grandson.

The forthcoming visit is exciting, but the cot reassembly was not mundane but neither was it exciting. I’ll probably post about the visit nearer the time. |

In 2018, I have finally mastered using our electric can opener. It’s only taken me 2 years.

One of my tricks with a can opener is with old El Paso refried beans. After taking the top off, you put a hole in the bottom. If you shake the can, it all comes out in a can shaped block. Not appetising but efficient
