Here's me (in the jazzy pants!) with my long distance training partner Gavin!

He isn't the only one though, I am very lucky.

Here is Gavin again, but also with his wife Hilary who is a terrible influence and makes me go to the pub... These two along with my OH were my support crew on the Hardmoors 110.

Last one!
This is Brett, Peter and me on top of Red Pike at Buttermere last November. I can't talk about long distance running partners without mentioning Brett. He adds great entertainment value to our expeditions!
Pete coaches some of our Club training sessions and we have late night nutrition conversations via FB.

Good friend, training [not trading 😳] partner (although she's far younger, faster & glamorous) & also my dentist 😁

And a bonus, good friend & swim training partner Ruth (the one who dragged me into the water kicking & screaming, and would be run training partner if she wasn't perpetually injured):
