No church this morning as the small dude is in bed all sniffly - we didn't do much yesterday either as she seems very tired at the moment. She's got a friend coming round for a couple of hours this afternoon so I sent the girl's mum a text to say Izzy has sniffles, her friends has too so they'll just sniffle together. Better get some housework done........
FML Jan 2016 10:19am, 31 Jan 2016 10,237 posts	0 FML Morning Weird morning, P is at the gym (joined this week) and I am doing nothing. Still so pleased with yesterday run, but keeping feet on the ground 18.2 miles is not 26.2 miles and know a lot can happen in the last 8 miles.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
