Dog has survived the vets. We saw the kindly old* vet I haven't seen since he came to put our old dog to sleep (sniff). He could see how anxious she was, so he went and got his own dog to come into the consulting room to say hello to Floss while he did the jabs and stuff. His own dog - a rescue lurcher - was delightful and Flossie was sorry to have to leave :-)

*When I saw 'old', I mean younger than me but he's been there since he qualified, I reckon.

That’s sweet. It also reminds me that my dog is late for his annual check up. He’ll be so pleased.

Glad dog is ok. Took one of c9 tshirts back to H&M. This is very mundane. H&M description of their products however perhaps needs work :-o

Makes it sound like they are selling children instead of clothes...
On a train, waiting at Aldershot for no reason except the odd timetable. Lots of signs of this train having come from Ascot (empty cans of chavvy spirit mixes)

Waiting for my stupid laptop to finish updating (I had to close it half way through to rush to a meeting) and now configure updates. We have recently been told our outlook calendars have to account for every minute of every working day to ensure accountability and justify them paying our salaries. I shall be adding 20 minutes waiting for laptop to stop dicking about.

I shall also be adding all of the time I spend adding the minute details of my work day to outlook.

Alfie's sports was cancelled :-(. Went into Halfords and bought him a new car seat.

Phoned my dad and now need to get changed and go for a run. I have an appointment tonight to see about a hat for a wedding I have next month.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
