Lol at male 50-54 and and 55-59 being the highest WAVAs, i.e. my current and next age brackets. Gee, thanks London marathon! :-) G

So I think you should be OK Big_G as those were pre COVID but supershoe assisted times.

Yes G, I added those WAVAs as I thought the same. If I'm still running at 65 I might give it a go again.

The women's 55-59 GFA is also a tough one, particularly compared to the 18-39 female time.
