I really enjoyed explaining to the delivery deliver when he came back for the 3rd time this morning that there isn't a magic way to get you to answer the door. I volunteered to take your order in instead.

Thanks for that. Just another one to add to the cacophony of power tools that drone on all day every day. Between that and the retired old boy apparently running a joiners yard from his garage well into the night and the other one feeding every bird in the town at exactly 8.45 every morning how daft was I to think working from home would be quieter than the office.
