Lol, Terpstra didn't even try! TBF, Kristoff looked stronger in everyway, but I thought Terpstra would try something with 2km to go.

He can't lol. That was some brassneck from Kristoff letting the other two get within sniffing distance before going.

Kristoff still looked so strong at the end!

Well he'd have been favourite in a sprint with the four of them anyway.
Kristoff was strong as he worked with Terpstra for that gap. Could be the favourite for PR as I think it suits him better.

And top call by Inner Ring.
If Kristoff is that strong, I can see him winning a few more.

Sky will need to look at their tactics, as they did work early but as soon as it kicked off, they lost the numbers.

Great call by INNER ring. Only saw the last 30k but seemed like Rowe was the only Sky rider with G and spent far too much time on the front Greipel ode like 10 men and Rowe tried to match him too much imo. G had to bluff after Luke had gone but Luke took G's legs with him. Great ride by Kristoff to go with Terpstra and work to keep away.

DB - I watched it from 100km out and Sky were on the front pretty much all the way till about 55km out when they all disappeared (apart from Rowe and Thomas), when the race went up the Kwaremont and started to split up. According to Cyclingnews, they'd been on the front pretty much all day.
Greipel was a beast, I guess the climbs mean he'd never make it into the final group in Flanders even if he was protected, but your have to wonder about PR.

Sky seem to have a need to control races. Might be OK for stage races but a bit twp for one dayers whether G was favourite or not. They should be hiding for the first 1/3 and only then take it up. By hiding I mean out of the wind but in the first 30/40

I watched from 160 out and that pretty much covers it. The early climbs were just a bunch rolling up behind a Sky roadblock. They kept a lid on everything but when it came down to the business end of things they were already shot.
