Is Mr Pix just getting his knickers in a twist about UPFs or is he going to make use of the information and start cooking healthy meals from raw ingredients for both of you now he's going to have the time and opportunity, Pix?

(Having always been able to respond to bad financial decisions by working more and earning my way out of the hole I was in, I'm finding it a little hard not having that option at the moment. But that's only because I'm looking at a substantial bill for some essential garden maintenance and it'll settle down once I've committed to spending the money. And anyway, I could still go back to work if I was as skint as I was multiple times in the past.)

(I felt a little aggrieved on behalf of eL Bee!, who has never been much of a drinker.) It also highlights exercise as a protective factor, but ultramarathoning and triathloning as harmful

I'm of the opinion that I don't want to die "of" anything I could have reasonably avoided, but that equally life is for living and enjoying! As the 111 year old in Southport said the other day, when asked about his long life- "Moderation in everything you do". |
