Morning all.

I've just got back from a 10 mile run. I got caught in a couple of showers, but the weather is so hot & muggy on the South coast, it was quite nice to cool down a bit in the rain.
The postman delivered my GVRAT t-shirt just now. Crikey, it's a bit on the bright side. People should be able to see me coming from miles away in that.

I hope everyone is still enjoying the challenge of 635 miles & plodding along nicely. I think my run this morning means I've got just under 100 miles left to run. I'll check later on.

Good to see everyone doing so well, Im just in front of the buzzard going into the second half and I originally thought when we started that I would slowly drop behind the first 2 months and then gradually claw him back on the second 2 months.
