Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

You’re going to need a megaphone for the brief briefing with these numbers McG! How many people are actually running?

I will be having my S&M within my eating cycle so I'll be fine :-p

I've lost count a bit of how many are running and how many are pub only or doing part of the route.

HB - you won't be as slow as me and I'm not running all the way either.
I'm working on layers and a waist belt for phone, money, etc. Will have to do without a book on the train. I decided it probably wasn't a good day to try running with a rucksack for the first time.

Sorry to hear that Badger.

I'm not sure whether I am up to running the whole way either, it's months since I ran over ten miles, so am going to see how it goes on the day. I will have a rucksack with some spare capacity if anyone needs stuff carried.
