what a lovely hot day to get a bad time...oh well. it was hot and i did do 7 very undulating miles last night so it's my fault really for my time.

And yourself I definitely felt your pain doing a hilly 7 and a parkrun on a very hot couple of days must have been a killer!
Hope your okay PH I have bottles of TCP just for that ouch.
It's all relative so it doesn't have an impact. Going to be challenging Ron Hill on the streak then eh?
No parkrun for me for a little while as athletic season is starting but I will be back I have some unfinished business with people in regards to rankings / percentages etc.
