If it helps I have a 1.35 half pb and 3.34 full. I'm not the best converter though.

My most recent season with a good marathon and a good half in it gave me a marathon time of double the half plus 24 minutes. I'm also not a brilliant converter.

And I think I had 1:39 for a half and 3:44 for a full in the latter part of 2007.

Rounding up slightly 1.38 and 3.29 in 2017. I have only raced 1 half and 1 marathon since then.

1.42 and 4.05 for me, given up on the sub 4 as I loose steam at 20 miles, no matter what I do. Also age seems to be catching up on me as I'm slowing down quite dramatically recently

Dibble
So 2:42:29 at the Bramley 20 yesterday (a few hundred yards long due to a flood diversion). Overall bang on aim of 5 min per km pace, though the last quarter was slow.
In 2018 2h38 at Bramley led to 3:29 marathon.
In 2019 2h32 at Bramley led to 3:23 marathon.
Training log says yesterday should lead to 3h35. Seems optimistic, but hopefully could manage 3h45 to 4h.

Just seen this thread, and following along with interest. I'm doing my first road marathon at Brighton on 7th April, and aiming to duck under 4 hours. Done a couple of trail marathons before in nowhere near that time, but its got to be easier on roads, right? A road half tends to be 1:40 to 1:45 for me, and I have the Wokingham half in a couple of weeks to see where I'm at. Might be tight for 4 hours - Fetch marathon prediction says a 1:45 half translates as 4:01 full - but hey, its nice to have something to aim for...
