I got a good long run in today, had to be close to home, so it was 2,5 km forth and back 😂 but it’s done! I have about 10 week to go to my next race, I hope I can keep up the regiment as well as I have last few months. |

Sorry for the double post, hit enter trying to tag 3M above! Did my 22 mile long run, was a little bit faster than it should have been, but felt ok until the last couple of miles. Heart rate seemed extremely high though. Glad that is out of way, but pleased to have done it (do you ever regret a run afterwards though). |

[I'm almost untaggable! Not by design though. You need to enter a space after the first 2 letters to make it up to a 3 character entry, else the search doesn't kick in. i.e. Anyone with a 2 character name (So me and ]
