Did Inverdale present Spoty? I thought they normally kept him to more obscure programmes because his massive head frightens people......

I wonder when I last watched SPotY? Not since the mid-1970s certainly.

Who on the BBC had the great idea to take Inverdale off the radio (where he's good) and put him on telly (where he frightens my cats)?

Cram's beating Botham. That can't be right. I thought deathmatches were co-owned by the cricket wire, OTDIFH and the rugby wire?

They'll be telling me this is a running site next.

Cram was a sort of halfway house between the magnificence of Coe and Ovett, and Peter Elliot......I must vote and stop this madness.....

Cram is a nice chap. Botham an arrogant, boorish arse, good at cricket...but is better at cricket than Cram was ar running...touch and go...nice person wins.

Oh yes. I agree with that. Inverdale is fine on the radio. A bit like Pougatch, the Harry Potter look o like, much better on the radio.
