Still snowing in Leeds and roads much worse than they were yesterday. I've made it in to work (by bike) but it remains to be seen how many other people will turn up.

A light dusting overnight in Liverpool, just enough to hide the patches that turned to ice yesterday

I can't tell if it's actually snowing or if the wind is just blowing loose snow off the buildings.

Nine inches lying and more falling intermittently. Went out and cleared a square to feed the birds in. In my shorts (to keep my trousers from getting wet). Did not feel particularly cold.
The main problem is it is raining inside the house Water must have worked its way through some faulty pointing and is coming down above the window bays.
