Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

ar ~ I had that issue at the tail end, so to speak ~ but less pressing. I really don't envy ladies and their plumbing arrangements, it really is a breeze being a bloke!

Pace wise I was about on the mark at 3 miles, there was no discernible pick up in the next couple ~ but hearing 55 on the stretch where I usually hear 60 minutes called was a real surprise. The tail end of the run was noticeably slower. In retrospect that now makes sense :-)

To be honest the run felt slow :-o

Oh ... and I crossed paths with a couple of runners today. fantastic smiles and acknowledgements.

Man I feel like a tank! Not so much overweight, but over-size when compared to most runners I meet on the ways.

Deco fabulously well done 😊, I feel your pain re comparing against other runners I too look nothing like them they are all tiny and fast!

I had pt tonight, 2.25k done on the treadmill before hand to open my account for the month. All kinds of upper body torture including a circuit of upright rows 8k, kettlebell swing 12k, double rope slams and single rope slams 3 times around 20 of each!
Also hideous moving hand plank thing!

It hurt to wash my face in the shower I darent even try my hair!

Stew, hope you managed your run.
Nut :) , I've just come back from yoga, my legs were okay but I struggled with my stomach on the planks. All this cross training this week must be doing me some good. :) First run of the month tonight, club's beach hut barbecue. Shame it's not quite the weather to jump in the sea after our run.

I got out this dinnertime, nothing special, got drenched within seconds of leaving the front door and as my shift pattern is all over the place and my sleep patterns are effectively in the toilet I kinda knew my projected 5 miles wasnt going to happen so decided to shorten it and up my pace a bit, got through 2,5 miles in 11:26 pace, quite happy with that but the run itself was kinda meh ;)
Hope youre all well :)
