Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I couldn't chuck any mud at you though Nut as we seem to be going through a rather dry period down here. :)

Unexpected item in the training area - I ran. A very slow three miles, amazingly humid today so it felt like hard work, but a run is a run and it was good fun!

We went to my cousins wedding yesterday in Evesham, over three hours drive each way so a long day but very good to see that side of the family again, we don't meet up much. We took my parents with us, and we saw my sister and her tribe which was lovely, my nieces and nephew are all very grown up and just lovely! :-) cake champagne

Ah that's good Nutso, mine was not great but not awful too, may be it was the day for that sort of run! Not sure how far I will run tomorrow, but I will run. Hoping to see some American friends of ours tomorrow afternoon, who are visiting from their current home in Germany, that should be fun :-)

Evening folks,
Hope all is well in SAP land. Good runs and training being done.

AR thanks and hope you enjoy your 10 miles, just speak to yourself and reply with a scottish accent and that will be me keeping you company;-)

L10 love a family wedding when you get to catch up with folks you don't see for ages. Can't believe its just over a year till my little boy gets married...yikes amI that old.

Nuts so glad you got a run in.

Stewie are you running much now you are back in Blighty?

This weather (well ours especially) has been pretty rubbish and tomorrow doesn't look like much better but being used to rain it won't stop us.

Oops LG! My hand just slipped and I've placed a bet on you. :) No pressure. ;-)

You'd better not wear your prettiest trainers, I think there may be a bit of mud involved. :)
