Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Great running Nutso! :-)

Oh No LG I hope it's better tomorrow, hopefully just a warning twinge and nothing more. Will keep fingers and gingers crossed for you.

I have just finished the ironing and also did another three quarters of an hour of gardening. It's much cooler outside tonight and I am now winning the battle against the weeds, mind you I give up against the blackbird, I know when I am beaten!

Nut, nice running there, best to build up gradually. :) Next year you could join one of the distance groups on here. Last year LG and I targeted 500 miles which we both achieved so this year we're aiming for 700.
LG, time to ditch those heels? ;-)

Lem, you can come and do some of my weeding if you've run out now. ;-)

Club session tonight - hill repeats. Not a big turnout, probably as it started raining about an hour before the off. It stopped as we got under way, shame because we need some for the gardens now.

Lol I can't get my head round kilometres either! I do distance in miles, I like height in feet and inches and weight in stones, very old fashioned like that. Temperature I like in centigrade these days though, and when measuring things like space for fridges / freezers in my kitchen it's in cm! A very odd mix! Spent all night looking at fridges and freezers, the freezer door is currently holding on reasonably well but it's time for a new one before this one completely disintegrates one day soon!

I only work in miles as well, a 5k race & a 10k race can sometimes throw me as I forget about the extra bit at the end lol.

Back has eased but knee seems sore tonight so don't know if connected or not.
Supposed to do 8 miles tomorrow before / parkrun so will set alarm as normal and see what the day brings.

Have a good weekend folks and hope the weather is kind x
