My pt was poorly today 😞, but I was a good girl and did 45 mins of weights then 5k on the bike and had a walk when I got home and hadn't hit my step count!

Fragile Do Not Bend
Very pleased, I did a 6 mile group run last night and no calf niggles at all. I'm trying very hard to make the changes to my running form that the physio suggested so it looks like it's helping.

If we are on dead animal watch, I saw a very flat squirrel and a mangled crow. :)

I was so tired this morning, luckily I'm only working in the afternoon today as it took me until 9am to properly wake up.
