princesszee Oct 2017 7:08pm, 8 Oct 2017 516 posts	0 princesszee I do not remember Linlithgow 10k being that hilly!!!!! In my head it was just round a flat Loch but I was so wrong 😂 Disaster of a race for me today. Still sore from Glasgow so I'll be back next year to have a better run 😁

andydgg Oct 2017 9:55pm, 8 Oct 2017 513 posts	0 andydgg good tough course at lithgy, enjoyed going round the loch looking at all the boats fishing thinking that looks a better sport to partake in...hamstring lasted but that's it now, 8 weeks I've had bother with it and now I think I need to take 3 off for it to recover

There are 31 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.
