i'm out with achilles problems at the moment, tried it tonight but its still alittle tight. Problem is knowing when to start back, to early and you could make the injury period longer, but you wanna get back as soon as possible so as to not lose to much fitness. I was once told there is a fine line between being very fit and injured, alot of training can make you fit, but all injured if your not careful.<br><br>Andy :)

Em, you are too far away :-(<br><br>Gobi, don't you suffer from soul overload? I reckon that counts as an injury. Stay with us on the step for a bit :-)
