Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Well, it was certainly tiring :-). I am now officially exhausted.

The short version: It was fun, and I learnt a lot of useful stuff.

The long version is on my blog.

Many thanks to Chris @ Purple Patch for inviting me to talk about food and nutrition for running and to promote my book Go Faster Food - amazon.co.uk
The running camp in North Wessex Downs was brilliant - great people, excellent food and really good running (even if it was a bit hilly!)

Any Fetchies signing up for one of these weekends in 2010? I am thinking about January if I can get the weekend clear.

Hi Everybody - sorry not to have been in contact for so long. Business is going well and the new camp venues are working out really well - we had 24 at Latimer in Jan and numbers are going well for the Feb camp at Milton Hill in Oxfordshire (very close to the Wantage camp on the Ridgeway but obviously a lot more upmarket - the link should take you there: http://www.devere.co.uk/our-locations/milton-hill-house.html)

Hope you are all running well and look forward to seeing you soon.

Mr & Mrs Purple Patch :-)
