Trump is president still until January. What harm can he do in this period? Is there anything to constrain him?

Biden campaign spokesman Andrew Bates: "As we said on July 19th, the American people will decide this election. And the United States government is perfectly capable of escorting trespassers out of the White House.”

Latest batch of ballots from AZ went for trump by about 5%. These were from Maricopa county where most of the outstanding ballots were (in terms of total numbers). Nate Silver thinks this isn't enough for Trump to be able to overhaul. I'd expect PA, AZ, NV all to be called today. GA has announced the automatic recount, but it almost certainly won't change from a biden win. Just Alaska and north Carolina left, both of which may take time to count and call. |

Haven't NV said it won't be until 12th Nov as their laws don't allow for counting of the absentee ballots until all received? Or something similar - or maybe that was AZ? PA is the key to providing certainty today. Recount in GA was inevitable with the size of the margin. |

Does Trump have to leave the White House once it's declared, or in Jan?
