57.5 Degrees of Pain
Results get marked as assisted manually in results processing TomahawkMike. So the runner gets their time credited but it will not feature in the course records

I didn't accuse anyone of cheating - I even suggested taking a wrong turning. 13:23 is elite lev3l running - even with a dog, you have to be able to run that fast and there aren't a huge amount of people with the leg speed to run around 13 minutes?

My SB is dog assisted...... true my legs covered the ground in that time, but I haven't been able to replicate without dog.

"maybe it's just me being a cynic but /I smell a rat - lingering in the trees and then bursting out?" I'm not really sure how you can say that's anything but an accusation of cheating, a suggestion at the very least, still pretty darn offensive.

With all due respect I suggest that you don't throw around suggestions about people you don't know and apparently haven't bothered to look up before hand. No, not many people could run that fast but as he is a talented runner (PB under 15 minutes, unassisted) and an experienced canicross runner it shouldn't be that surprising or worthy of throwing around poisonous comments like that.

Check out the chaos power of 10 details. He's run 14:59 in a track 5k and 13:13 in official caniX events. Seems legit to me before the pitchforks come out...

Apologies - if he's run a track 5km then that looks legit but it's hardly 'poisonous' to raise a genuine query on what seems like a super fast time & faster than, say Andy Baddley or other elite men have run. Point taken re dog giving faster run speed.
