Went to Beanfield Primary School so would love to do Corby parkrun but 974 miles round trip is maybe just a bit too much!

100! Well done Bob! And becca for hers just past.
What we need to know now is how Steady Edina got on.
(I enjoyed my parkrun today. Good bit faster than I expected, and it was sunny afterwards so I kicked off my shoes and ran a cooldown barefoot on the grass.)

I did Shrewsbury today, very attractive course alongside the river Severn, with preparations for the Flower show causing a little disruption.
New course record at Cambridge today (14:48) set by Graham Rush, who was in the GB European 10 000m Cup team a couple of months back.

I ran Nosehill Parkrun in Calgary Canada today. It was a tough course with some undulations and a nice wee hill to the finish. Terrain was interesting, lovely interesting route with some tarmac, some gravel and some grass. Lovely place for coffee afterwards and everyone friendly.
