Ran to and from Walsall and paced the future sister in law to a pb whilst there. Wore compression top and bottoms, living up to my reputation as a poseur ;)

I was at Bournemouth. Just ran to feel as I have Gold Hill 10k tomorrow that will require all my energy reserves!

I went to Osterley today and it was very pleasant. I wore my Green Belt Relay top due to a laundry error. In general I wear my 250 top. Don't care what top anyone else wears, although I like seeing 50/100/250/500 tops.

Took 5 people I coach to Southsea today. No club vests were hurt during a more ing that saw 5 seasons bests and 2 all time PBS

Paced( cajoled) a chap to 18.33

We have a club trip to Amsterdam next weekend for the half and marathon and this was just what everyone needed.

A good day to be a coach :-)

Almost 300 at Fountains Abbey today - quite a few visitors who are doing York marathon tomorrow. I took it easy today although the pace didn't feel as easy as it should have done for the finish time :)
