Was talking to a 90 year old man before Parkrun at York, he’d camped the night before & was raring to go. Had to get back to pack up at the caravan park & unfortunately couldn’t wait for him finishing. He did 50 minutes. He had a stroke a few weeks ago & has survived cancer & has a pacemaker. |
