Dog has dragged a large branch into the living room. He’s either a big fan of the ‘bringing the outdoors indoors’ design trend, or he’s making a point about how long it’s taking me to finish sorting out the garden.

Maybe he’s just helping out with the garden Maz? I need a plan of action for today.

In answer to AR some time back, some time back because the sire performance, has been so poor, is the range behind is the Lattenbirge and in front the Unterberg, very much Austria/Germany border rather than full blown alps.

Our dog brings sticks and branches indoors too. We think she's helping with the log pile for the woodburner, even though we haven't lit it for months.

Kale, courgette and coriander soup.
I’m despairing of shifting the extra pounds I’ve gained recently, none of my usual methods seem to be working (portion control, fewer refined carbs). I’ve been feeling pretty low lately and my mileage has gone to pieces so that’s not helping either. I feel like I need a total overhaul of all my habits and ways of thinking but I don’t know where to start.
