Today I shall:Take a boy to football, have eyes tested, shop, fetch a boy from football, eat lunch, run 18 miles, slob on a sofa.

Have to say that I'm a little apprehensive having only a 13 as my longest since coming back from being ill. Still, it's got to be done and I do love long runs, and it's supposed to be dry and still this afternoon so could be worse. Oh, and the 9 from yesterday hasn't hit me too hard.
