Blubberhouses is not far from us. There’s a nice LDWA challenge 22 mile challenge event based there. It passed with maybe two miles of my old house

Yes, the tram, I'd need 2 buses first, or a train.

I would walk through Levenshulme, Town and Salford. Not all pretty :-)
