Running on busy A roads, in the dark, completely buggered. I hope he's safe out there. Is there any pavement after Wick?

Even with the NC500, it's not a busy road. Just need to watch out for sheep sleeping on the verge... (kidding, that's more a west coast thing, where the sheep sometimes lie half on the tarmac and half on the verge)

Under a half marathon to go and moving at 5.7kph. He can walk from here and get under 10 days.
What with this and the snooker, it's been a cracking weekend for endurance sports!
