Great that Fetch likes doing things like that.

Fun tonight. 16 x 250m at a couple of seconds quicker than 2k PB pace. Jeez!
Positives: I managed to hold the target pace or a smidge quicker all the way through.
Negatives: It bloody hurts. Also wobbly legs and my bed is up a flight of stairs!

Ouch but also wow! Great session, Nellers. It won't be PB pace for long, I think.
What were the recoveries?

I couldn't imagine doing stuff like that unless I had a home rower. Even then I might get a bit bored.

Life got in the way last week and I didn't row.
I have done a couple of steady rows this week, 20 mins each. No time for anything else.
That sounds pretty tough Nellers, no wonder you had wobbly legs.

90 seconds recoveries. The efforts were 51-53 seconds so that’s quite a long recovery relatively.
Got an email yesterday with details on collecting my rower after the BRIC on Saturday. Logistics are complicated so I don’t think I’ll be going to watch. It’s just going to be a case of turning up at the end, loading up and clearing off again.

Still a tough session, Nellers, despite the "long" recoveries.
Shame you won't get to watch the BRIC, but exciting that you'll soon have your own rower. Even though I have to move mine and put it together every time I use it, it's made training so much easier.
