Never had a chip of any sort before ... keep looking at it in vague amazement. And now knowing I'm going to get completely confused between clock and Garmin and chip! Amazing the things that will get you determined to take part

For anyone who got the wrong sized t-shirt, from their facebook page :-
Following an error, a small proportion of entrants have received a race t-shirt in the wrong size. We would like to offer our sincere apologies for this error and any disappointment and frustration this has caused.
Correctly sized t-shirts will be made available to all entrants who received the wrong size in their race pack. These will be available at the Race Office in Jurys Inn Hotel Glasgow on Friday 11th May between 8am and 8pm and Saturday 12th May between 9am and 6pm. Address details for the race hotel are included at the bottom of this message. Should this not be convenient for you then we ask that you please e-mail glasgow@frsystems.co.uk or telephone 08452 700 166 to request that the t-shirt is sent to you after the event.

Nearly there, one full day to go. How will you spend your Saturday. I am volunteering at Falkirk parkrun, then going to a coffee morning in our church. Free afternoon, then 10 year since 'Rottenrow' closed party at Partick Burrough Halls. Then home to bed.

Will hopefully get a bi of a run in tomorrow ... Having not run nice last Sunday and having to abandon a 5k half way through, thought I should try a bit of practice in before this week!
