Very relaxing 2000m today, I do believe things are starting to come back. I've taken 15secs off my 100m pace over the last month without trying and I can tell that I'm beginning to hold the water better. Still a way to go, but I'm really enjoying it.

Thanks guys. I might start believing I'm a swimmer again if this carries on!

Unexpectedly swam a whole kilometre today! Had a lane to myself so just kept going :-)

Probably my longest swim for *years* :-)

That’s brilliant, well done. The lane to yourself really is the holy grail!
